2. ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF INHERENT RISKS
I, the undersigned Parent/Guardian, understand that use of a bounce house/inflatable involves inherent risks that cannot be eliminated regardless of care taken to avoid injuries. I specifically acknowledge risks including: physical injury (falling, slipping, tripping, collision with participants), equipment hazards (deflation, tripping on stakes/blowers, entrapment), and serious injury including sprains, broken bones, concussions, paralysis, or death.

3. SAFETY RULES & COMPLIANCE
I agree the Minor will follow all posted rules and verbal instructions, including: adult supervision at all times; no flips, somersaults, wrestling, or roughhousing; no mixing significantly different sizes/ages; and no shoes, eyeglasses, jewelry, sharp objects, food, or silly string.

4. TENNESSEE-SPECIFIC RELEASE & WAIVER
Waiver of Parent's Claims: I waive and release all claims I may have in my individual capacity, including claims for pre-majority medical expenses for treatment of the Minor.
Assumption of Risk: I voluntarily assume all risks of injury to the Minor arising from participation.
Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Your Company LLC from all claims, including attorney's fees, brought by or on behalf of the Minor or any third party arising from participation.

5. MEDICAL AUTHORIZATION
In an emergency, I give permission to Your Company LLC to seek medical treatment for the Minor if I cannot be reached. I certify the Minor is in good health and has no physical conditions (including neck/back issues) that make participation unsafe.

I HAVE READ THIS DOCUMENT AND UNDERSTAND IT IS A RELEASE OF LEGAL RIGHTS.

Physical Injury: Falling, slipping, tripping, or colliding with other participants. Equipment Hazards: Unexpected deflation, tripping on stakes/blowers, or entrapment in netting. Serious Injury: Includes sprains, broken bones, concussions, paralysis, or death.

Supervision: An adult must supervise the minor at all times. No Flips/Wrestling: Flips, somersaults, wrestling, and roughhousing are prohibited. Size Grouping: Children of significantly different sizes/ages shall not bounce at the same time. Prohibited Items: No shoes, eyeglasses, jewelry, sharp objects, food, or silly string.
