ADULT SUPERVISION: I agree to provide at least one responsible adult (18+) to actively supervise the unit at all times it is inflated. The supervisor's only job is monitoring, no phones or distractions.
CAPACITY LIMITS: I will strictly enforce the maximum occupancy and ensure participants are of similar age/size to prevent collisions.
PROHIBITED ITEMS: I will ensure all participants remove shoes, eyeglasses, jewelry, and sharp objects. No food, gum, drinks, pets, or "Silly String" are allowed inside.
SAFE PLAY RULES: I will prohibit flips, somersaults, wrestling, or climbing on the walls/netting to prevent neck and back injuries.
WEATHER PROTOCOL: I will immediately evacuate and deflate the unit if wind speeds exceed 15-20 mph, or if lightning or heavy rain occurs.
EMERGENCY DEFLATION: I have been shown how to use the emergency shutdown switch and know how to safely assist children out if the unit loses power.
ANCHORING: I have inspected the stakes/sandbags with the driver and agree not to move or modify the anchoring system after setup.
SLIDE SAFETY (if applicable): I will ensure only one person slides at a time, seated feet-first, with the landing area clear before the next person goes.
EQUIPMENT DAMAGE: I agree to stop use immediately if I notice any air leaks, sagging, or damage and will notify the rental company right away.
